Waaa... DORAEMON is back!!! ^_____^
The new movie of Doraemon, titled:
Doraemon: Nobita's Secret Gadget Museum (ドラえもん のび太のひみつ道具博物館 ) was finally launched in Japan on March 9, 2013. Omg, I reallyyyy love Doraemon! I want to watch it so muchhhh!! But then Javier didn't really follow the story, so I decided to watch other Doraemon movies or series with him first before watching this one...
... Well ... at least he has to understand the concept of the story first, coz I want to share my excitement with him!!! ^____^ hehe! * oops.. no pressure =P *
Doraemon is a popular Japanese manga series created by Fujiko F. Fujio. The main manga consists of many independent stories that are comedies with lessons regarding values in life, environmental issues, and educational topics, e.g. history and science.

The story is about a robotic cat named Doraemon, who travels back through time to help Nobita Nobi, a young boy whose life seemed to be so pitiful and full of misfortune. He was poor in almost everything he does, including studying and sports. However, he is very good at making string figures, and he can fall asleep in just a few seconds !!! O____o
Anyway, Nobita’s flaws and poor perfomance in life caused him to be bankrupt in the future, and his descendants had to carry the debt. In order to change the history and improve Nobi family’s fortunes, Nobita’s great grandson, Sewashi, sent Doraemon to meet Nobita.
Doraemon has a magic four-dimensional pocket from which he is able to take tons of amazing gadgets from the future. Some of the most famous ones are:
1. bamboo copter : if you put it on your head, you can fly like helicopter!
2. anywhere door : a door that opens anywhere as the user wishes,
(oh btw, he has “anywhere window” too! hehee…. Smaller version =P)
3. time machine : a time machine, hehe, inside the drawer of Nobita’s desk!

Hm… if I’m not mistaken, I read “Candy Candy” first before Doraemon. However, Doraemon is the first manga which gave me the greatest exposure to Japan and its culture when I was a child. My brother and I have been reading more mangas since then, including popular mangas such as Dragon Ball and Sailor Moon, (and a lot more! hehe ^^) but still, I cannot forget how Doraemon developed my imaginations.
